Renewal applications for the following exemptions have been mailed: - Partial Tax Exemption for Real Property of Senior Citizens - Partial Tax Exemption for Real Property of Persons with Disabilities - Agricultural Assessment Exemption Real Property Tax Exemption for Non-Profit Organizations If you have not yet received your renewal application or if you think you may qualify for one of these exemptions, please call Julie Irick, Sole Assessor at 518-279-3461 ext. 106 If you are 65 years of age or older and your household income for income tax year 2022 is at or below $37,400, you may be eligible for the Partial Tax Exemption for Real Property of Senior Citizens. Deadline for acceptance of applications is March 1, 2024

Online Public Workshop for Hoosick Road Corridor Study

TOWN ANNOUNCES SECOND ONLINE PUBLIC WORKSHOP FOR THE HOOSICK ROAD CORRIDOR STUDY Brunswick, NY – Town officials have announced a second online workshop for the Hoosick Road Corridor Study to review draft recommendations to reduce traffic congestion, improve safety and improve multimodal mobility on Hoosick Road from Lake Avenue in the City of Troy to Sweetmilk Creek Road in the Town of Brunswick (see Study Area map). Residents are encouraged to view the presentation “at their own pace”, read the draft report, and comment online at their own convenience. “Join at Your Own Pace”
